Our Basic level course is an online course that will take a maximum of 45 minutes for each candidate to complete but can be visited in small time frames if required. To meet different learning styles, the course has audio, text, and videos throughout.

Roles and responsibilities, Principles of data protection, data subject rights, information security.
Throughout the course there are knowledge checks to ensure the candidates can demonstrate their understanding of the topic. This course is ideal for your employees that do not work face to face with customers, but they still require a general knowledge of data protection requirements and their responsibilities.
Data Protection Foundation Online Course (CPD Certified)
Our Foundation course is an online course that will take a maximum of 2 hours for each candidate to complete but can be visited in small time frames if required. To meet different learning styles, the course has audio, text and videos throughout.

- Identifying and handling a Data Breach

Data Protection Foundation Course GDPR (1 day training course)
The Data Protection Foundation course is an in-person 1-day training course. At the end of this course, candidates will sit 1 exam. This course is CPD accredited, and candidates will receive a certificate on completion of the course and on passing both exams.
The course covers the following requirements:
- Introduction to GDPR
- GDPR principles
- Derogations and exemptions
- Data Subjects rights
- Introduction to Data protection Impact assessments (DPIA)
- Data Controllers and their responsibilities
- Data Processors and their responsibilities
- Appointment of a Data Protection Officer
- Administrative fines
This course is ideal for candidates who have responsibilities in your organisation on data protection compliance and wish to obtain further training to appropriately fulfil their role
Data Protection Practitioners Course GDPR (2 day training course)
The Data Protection Practitioner course is an in-person 2-day training course. During this course, candidates will sit 3 exams. 1 exam is on Data Breaches, 1 on DSR’s and the other is on Data Protection Impact Assessments. This course is CPD accredited, and candidates will receive a certificate on completion of the course and on passing both exams.
The course covers the following requirements:
- Principles of data protection
- Data Subject access rights
- Exemptions and how they apply
- The role of the Supervisory Authorities
- Training and handling Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
- Training and handling Data Breaches
- Training on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA’s)
This course is ideal for candidates who have responsibilities in your organisation on data protection compliance and wish to obtain further training to appropriately fulfil their role. This training follows on from the Data Protection Foundation course, so it is ideal for candidates that have already taken the foundation course to complete the practitioner training.
